A good referral for me is:
1) Some one who is self employed and does not have access to group health coverage 2) a small business that wants to add a couple of employees but not enough that a group planmakes sense 3) someone who wants to retire early and needs healthcare pre-65 4) a couple where a spouse is aging into Medicare and the other partner still needs health coverage.
